Responsibilities
- Policy/Claims Support: Manage policy setups, changes, and claims intake by coordinating with client contacts via email, chat, and calls.
- Quality Audits: Conduct quality checks on associates' work, provide constructive feedback, and coach team members.
- Team Support: Assist frontline associates with queries, referrals, and support trainees.
- Complex Accounts Handling: Manage and resolve complex account issues while providing on-the-job training for new hires.
- Training: Conduct process-related training sessions for the team as and when required.
Other Requirements
- Minimum 6 Months to 1 year in Insurance back-office processes, preferably in Claims support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
- Must be available for Work from Office (WFO) in Kochi.
- Immediate availability for joining on 15th July 2025
Educational Requirements:
- Graduates or Postgraduates, preferably with a Commerce background.
- (Candidates from technical backgrounds such as B.Tech are not eligible.)
