Responsibilities

  • Conduct inside sales activities including cold calling, lead generation, email campaigns, and follow-ups.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their IT needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual meetings, demos, and presentations with prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Other Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in IT Inside Sales / Business Development.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Good to have

  • Prior experience in B2B IT Sales or SaaS-based sales.
  • Knowledge of lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Experience working with international clients (US/Europe/Middle East markets) is a plus.
