Responsibilities

• Contact clients to discuss overdue payments
• Negotiate repayment plans
• Maintain detailed records of collection activities
• Follow up on payment commitments
• Identify and escalate complex cases to senior management
• Work closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
