Responsibilities

  • Manage existing client accounts and maintain long-term relationships.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation

  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions and proposals

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and sales reports

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely service delivery

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status

  • Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors


Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship management abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail


Good to have

  • Experience in B2B or tech product/service sales

  • Background in managing corporate clients or enterprise accounts

  • Familiarity with sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM platforms

  • Proven ability to close deals and handle objections effectively
