We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role demands strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Manage existing client accounts and maintain long-term relationships.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions and proposals
Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely service delivery
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status
Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation and relationship management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience in B2B or tech product/service sales
Background in managing corporate clients or enterprise accounts
Familiarity with sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM platforms
Proven ability to close deals and handle objections effectively
