Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Odoo configurations and workflows.
• Implement and configure Odoo modules (e.g., CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR) to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve functional gaps and define customizations.
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, test plans, and related documentation.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT), and support end users.
• Identify, document, report, and track functional issues using standard testing tools.
• Conduct user-training sessions and develop user guides for effective system adoption.
• Support data migration, perform gap analysis, and ensure data integrity during transitions.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, end users, and technical teams throughout implementation.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts by recommending system enhancements and best practices.

Other Requirements

• Mandatory experience with Odoo in a functional consultant or equivalent business analyst role.
• Proven experience configuring and implementing Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, MRP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business-process mapping skills.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, UAT).
• Excellent communication skills, with hands-on experience in stakeholder management and training.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality-driven ERP solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Odoo Functional Consultant certification or equivalent experience (highly desirable).
• Bonus: experience with Odoo Studio, data migrations, and third-party integrations
