Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of innovative electronic products from concept to production.
• Create user-centered industrial designs that are functional, aesthetic, and manufacturable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, and marketing.
• Rapidly prototype ideas and iterate based on user feedback.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform product features and design.
• Work with vendors and manufacturers to ensure design feasibility and quality control.
• Maintain project timelines, documentation, and version control.

Other Requirements

• Strong background in industrial/product design, preferably in consumer electronics or hardware.
• Experience with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and rapid prototyping techniques.
• Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and product usability.
• Creative problem-solving and design thinking mindset.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
• Prior experience in a startup or building own product is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
