Responsibilities

1. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
2. Solid knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
3. Experience designing and executing test plans, test cases, and scripts.
4. Proficiency in using test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Quality Center) for test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
6. Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG) is a plus.
7. Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with web application testing.
8. Knowledge of API testing and experience with tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate test plans, test results, and defects.
10. Strong knowledge of performance testing.
