• Conducting training on the English Language, Interview Preparations, Soft skills and personality development for students.
• Training on Communication skills in English focusing on written and verbal skills
• Ability and drive to work on conceptualizing and designing contents, activities or tasks.
• Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans.

Other Requirements

• Capable of handling video presentations and developing creative content.
• Implementation of new ideas is required in academics as well as activities.
• Individuals with a strong command of the English & Malayalam language with mentoring skills.
• Softskill/Personality Development/Spoken English/IELTS training experience would be an added advantage.
