Responsibilities

1. Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them
2. Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
3. Work with company CEO and/or Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
4. Working closely with accounts and finance team related with the payroll processing and statutory compliances
5. Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
6. Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievance handling, and HR support.
7. Assist with performance management, appraisal processes, and HR analytics.
8. Handle end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
