Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Work on API integrations and automation to streamline system-to-system workflows.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Macros and Python.
• Implement Document Understanding solutions for unstructured/semi-structured data.
• Explore and apply Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities to enhance automation and business processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Monitor and support bots in production, ensuring business continuity.

Other Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in RPA development.
• Strong expertise in UiPath (mandatory) and Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience in API Automation and Integrations.
• Proficiency in Excel Macros/VBA.
• Good working knowledge of Python and automation libraries.
• Experience in Document Understanding frameworks (OCR, NLP, AI-based data extraction).
• Exposure to Generative AI tools/LLMs and their integration with automation workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative hybrid environment.
