Responsibilities
B2B Outreach & Lead Generation
- Build and maintain international lead lists for targeted outreach.
- Execute B2B email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects.
- Collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into clients.
Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and manage posts across social media platforms.
- Coordinate with designers and videographers to develop engaging reels, testimonials, and visual content.
- Track and analyze social media performance to optimize engagement and lead generation.
Content & Collateral Creation
- Work with designers to create brochures, flyers, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with videographers to produce product videos, testimonials, and brand stories.
- Execute and monitor digital ad campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, etc.). Events & Exhibitions
- Support aviation events, exhibitions, and trade shows by managing promotions, booth branding, and client invites.
- Coordinate with vendors, oversee event collaterals, and ensure timely post-event follow-ups.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Simplify and communicate technical aviation solutions in an engaging manner.
- Ensure brand consistency across all global platforms and touchpoints.
Other Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Experience
- 3+years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or B2B marketing (aviation/technology industry exposure is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience with event marketing, lead generation, and email campaigns.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global business environment.
