Responsibilities
1. Primary:
- Collect shipment-related documents for both purchase and sales orders.
- Upload documents into the system and ensure they are properly associated with the respective orders.
- Ensure all relevant documents are systematically organized and stored in the designated system or folders.
- Maintain and update customer KYC (Know Your Customer) details, vendor approval documents, and certifications.
2. Secondary:
- Regularly review and verify the completeness and accuracy of documents to ensure compliance.
- Assist in troubleshooting document-related issues as they arise.
- Provide support for any ad-hoc tasks related to document management and organization.
Other Requirements
Qualification:
Minimum educational qualification: Bachelors degree with at least 50% marks
Characteristics: Proactive, self-motivated, and able to demonstrate leadership qualities
Experience:
One to two years of experience in a similar area.
