Responsibilities

• Handle accounting of Purchase, Sales, Bank, Cash, and Journal entries accurately and promptly.

• Ensure timely collection against sales and deposit of cash collections into the bank.

• Perform bank reconciliation and update books on a regular basis.

• Manage payments to suppliers and vendors, ensuring adherence to agreements, management policies, and statutory requirements.

• Conduct stock valuation and maintain accurate records.

• Assist in preparing MIS reports including P&L Accounts, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and other management reports.

• Handle GST, TDS, Advance Tax, PF & ESI computations and ensure timely filing of returns.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

• Proficiency in Tally / MS Excel / accounting software.

• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
