Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade frontend applications for research, compliance, and institutional workflows.
2. Build intuitive dashboards, data-rich interfaces, and workflow components with high usability standards.
3. Translate complex regulatory and business requirements into simple, user-friendly UI experiences
4. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Backend Engineers, Compliance SMEs, and QA teams.
5. Own features end-to-end, including design discussions, implementation, unit testing, and deployment support.
6. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
7. Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) to improve development efficiency and code quality.
8. Contribute to and maintain shared design systems to ensure UI consistency across products.

Other Requirements

1. 4+ years of professional frontend development experience (preferably in product-based or SaaS environments).
2. Strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and responsive UI development.
3. Experience building workflow-driven enterprise applications (multi-step approvals, task routing, RBAC).
4. Integration experience with GraphQL and Elasticsearch.
5. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web security principles, and scalable frontend architecture.
6. Strong UI/UX orientation with a customer-centric mindset.
7. Experience working independently within Agile development teams.
8. Exposure to AI-powered developer tools and automation-driven engineering workflows.
