Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate RFP responses, including proposals, solution documents, and presentations
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and position solutions effectively
- Create, update, and maintain sales and pre-sales documentation, including pitch decks, case studies, and proposals
- Support B2B sales cycles and funnel-based selling processes
- Manage and update CRM systems and lead management tools with accurate data and pipeline tracking
- Assist in lead qualification, nurturing, and follow-ups across the sales pipeline
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, LinkedIn marketing, content coordination, and lead generation
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to support sales and marketing strategies
- Work closely with cross-functional teams while managing multiple tasks and deadlines with high attention to detail
Other Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Marketing, or Sales Operations (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Strong experience in RFP response preparation
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and funnel-based selling
- Hands-on experience with CRM and lead management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- MBA(Marketing preferred) or Engineering
