Responsibilities

• Manage complete accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation, and Journal Entries
• Handle finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory filings
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
• Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reporting
• Oversee payroll accounting and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
• Manage vendor payments and receivables follow-up
• Ensure internal controls and process improvements

Other Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards
• Expertise in GST & Direct Tax compliance
• Experience in handling end-to-end accounts independently
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems / MS Excel
• Good analytical and leadership skills

Education & Experience

• MBA (Finance) /Mcom from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in Accounts
