Responsibilities

  • Accountable for achieving and exceeding targeted sales revenues
  • Directs sales processes to generate revenues
  • Sets sales goals for direct reports and guides their subsequent goal-setting processes
  • Prepares budgets and revenue forecasts
  • Attend new sales meetings along with the Sales Team
  • Key Account Management
  • Maintain strategic relationships with existing customers and upsell/cross-sell by promoting product upgrades, additional complementary technologies or solutions, etc…
  • Maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors
  • Create sales literature to promote company solutions, products and services.
  • Support marketing activities by attending company events and trade shows.
  • Maintain industry awareness and keep abreast of a constantly changing technology landscape by following latest trends in IT
  • Collaborate with Project Managers/ Technical leads to make sure that customer expectations are met while acting as an enabler for the Customer communications

Other Requirements

  • Master’s in business administration or a relevant Master’s Degree in business related field, with 10+ years’ experience in IT Sales
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a sales leadership position.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior (C-level) leadership role may be advantageous.
  • Experienced working with C-Suite Team on sales strategy, revenue goals and budgeting
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to work in spreadsheets, build reports, and manage team to clear KPIs
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRMs
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
