Responsibilities
Conduct individual and group career counseling sessions.

Assess students’ interests and aptitudes using counseling tools.

Provide accurate guidance on career options and educational paths.

Develop personalized career plans based on client profiles.

Communicate effectively in Hindi and local dialects when needed.

Travel to rural and semi-urban areas for outreach and sessions.

Maintain records of counseling activities and progress.

Collaborate with local institutions for awareness and support.
Other Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Psychology, Education, or Counseling (or related fields).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in counseling is preferred and will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Fluent in Hindi; familiarity with the local dialect is a plus.
- Preference will be given to candidates from Kurukshetra constituency.
- Comfortable traveling and working in rural and semi-urban environments.
- A genuine passion for youth development and social impact.
- Location: Kurukshetra Constituency (Preference for local candidates)
