Business development
- Generate new business through business development activities
- Grow the accounts
- Strategic planning in developing new clients, new strategies and implementation.
P&L Management
- Responsible for Profit & Loss
Client Management
- Responsible for managing and enhancing the existing Client relationships
- Fulfilment of current open positions, and proactively preparing enough pipeline, including creating innovative ways of hiring
- Client satisfaction
- Client retention and no churn
Process Management
- Ensure processes are put in place. To enable this, review and enhance existing processes.
- Review gaps with Senior Leadership and recommend/ implement process/ procedures to fill gaps
- Ensure process is entirely metrics driven
