Responsibilities

  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts by analyzing financial data and providing insights into future financial performance.
  • Tax Preparation and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax regulations by preparing and filing tax returns, as well as providing support during tax audits.
  • Financial Analysis: Conducting financial analysis to support decision-making processes within the organization, such as assessing the financial impact of potential investments or business strategies.
  • Auditing: Participating in internal and external audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Reporting: Generating regular financial reports for management and stakeholders to provide insights into the financial health of the organization.
  • Advisory Services: Providing financial advice and recommendations to management based on analysis of financial data and trends.
  • Systems and Processes Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency through the implementation of new systems or procedures.
