Responsibilities

1. Team Supervision:
   Supervise the Accounts team to ensure timely and accurate work completion.

2. Financial Review:
   Periodically review financial books and provide guidance and advice to the team.

3. Ledger Reconciliation:
   Review reconciliation of ledgers with supporting documentation and direct the team accordingly.

4. Financial Analysis & Advice:
   Analyze books of accounts and advise management on cost reduction strategies and process improvements.

5. Cross-functional Liaison:
   Collaborate with other departments to verify the accuracy of expenses and income.

6. MIS & Reporting:
   Prepare MIS reports including Profit & Loss accounts, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements, and other financial information required by management.

7. Audit Coordination:
   Coordinate with statutory auditors during the finalization of accounts.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ICWA preferred but not mandatory)

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements

• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software

• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
