Responsibilities

  • Developing Strategies: Create and implement sales and customer acquisition strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and digital marketing.
  • Prospecting: Identify potential customers or clients and assess their needs.
  • Client Outreach: Reach out to potential customers or clients to initiate conversations and establish relationships.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations or pitches to showcase products or services and persuade prospects to make a purchase.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close deals with customers or clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers or clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns, and prepare reports for management.


Other Requirements

  • Candidates With A B.E./B.Tech. In Computer Science Or Equivalent, With An MBA Or Equivalent
  • 3 To 5 Years Of Relevant Experience In Sales, Solutions Selling, Customer Acquisition, Business Development, Or Similar, With High Tech B2B Enterprises (Preferably Last 2 To 3 Years With A Product-Based Company In Banking/Fintech Space).
  • Is Highly Organized, Collaborative And Detail Oriented And Demonstrates Exceptional Communication, Interpersonal And Presentation Skills
  • High On Initiative And Innovation; Possesses Great Collaboration And Influencing Skills To Work With Internal And External Stakeholders
  • Ability To Create And Track Metrics, Drive Continual Improvements, And Thus Demonstrate Constant Increases In Sales Productivity And Effectiveness
