Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to service requests and provide technical assistance to clients.
- Conduct in-person meetings with clients to analyze and diagnose technical issues.
- Configure and maintain application servers, database servers, and cloud servers.
- Monitor system health and performance, and take proactive measures to ensure reliability and security.
- Collaborate with developers to optimize database queries and refine database schemas.
- Provide training to clients on using our solutions effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain documentation of installations, configurations, and support activities.
- Properly update and utilize the ticketing system to track and resolve issues.
Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Support Engineer, preferably in a technical support role related to hardware and software solutions.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in database management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
