Responsibilities

  • As a Sales Coordinator, it is essential to take on several responsibilities in order to effectively support the sales team and ensure overall success. 
  • Responsibilities include coordinating and handling sales activities, managing customer accounts, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, actively listening to customer needs, maintaining good verbal and written communication with both internal team members and external clients, and utilizing computer knowledge to track and analyze sales data. 
  • The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with customers and facilitating smooth sales processes. Strong sales, presentation, negotiation, listening, and communication skills are necessary to excel in this role.

1. Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets

2. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive

3. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

4. Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

5. Proven ability to position products against competitors

6. Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

7. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
