Responsibilities

• Understand the operational requirements clearly.
• Increase RFQ to PO ratio for better and smoother relationships with vendors.
• Recognize vendor's efforts for their quotes and provide constructive feedback consistently.
• Aim to achieve the lowest possible prices through extensive vendor connections.
• Analyze region-wise vendor categories and deal with them strategically to gain a stronger relationship
• Sustain long-term relationships with existing vendors to ensure continuous supply chain efficiency.
• Rebuild relationships with former vendors.
• Remain current with aftermarket industry trends to recognize issues and opportunities, taking action to expand the vendor database.
• Expedite the shipping with the relationship to meet customer satisfaction.
• Research and onboard OEMs for distributorship opportunities.
• Efficiently manages time and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
