Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth and align with business objectives.
- Perform technical SEO audits and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Optimize website content, including landing pages, blogs, and other marketing materials, to ensure best SEO practices are followed.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of our digital marketing efforts.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and improve search rankings.
- Prepare and present regular SEO performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
- Identify and implement opportunities for optimization, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO elements.
- Mentor and guide junior SEO team members, providing expertise and support to help them grow in their roles.
Other Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in SEO, experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
