Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges

  • Create a sales pitch for the sales team.

  • Conduct in-depth discussions to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions.

  • Timely response to the RFI/RFP from customers.

  • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations of our services, applications, and software solutions.

  • Showcase the value proposition and unique features to address client needs effectively.

  • Collaboration with Sales and Technical Teams to align solutions with client requirements.

  • Collaborate on the preparation of proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.

  • Provide support to the sales team in the negotiation and closing phases of the sales cycle.

  • Address client queries and concerns to ensure a smooth transition from presales to post-sales.


Other Requirements

  • Must have proven experience in presales or a similar role within the IT industry

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings.

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business (Mkg) / Information Technology, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of IT services, applications, and software solutions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
