Responsibilities

  • Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's business objectives, along with overseeing long-term budgetary planning and cost management.
  • Financial Management and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards and manage the financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
  • IPO Preparation and Management: Ensure all financial reporting, disclosures, and compliance requirements are met for the IPO. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and investor relations teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks. Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team. Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and learning.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and other financial institutions. Ensure transparent and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement best practices in financial management and operational procedures. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

Other Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant with 13-15 years of post-qualification experience
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
  • Extremely strong data-oriented and analytical approach
