Responsibilities

• Lead overall plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and safety.

• Drive plant performance by optimizing processes and implementing cost-saving measures.

• Oversee procurement, inventory management, and distribution functions.

• Use data analysis and operational metrics to drive process improvement.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

• Develop and manage plant budgets; monitor and control operational costs.

• Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability.

• Liaise with senior management to align operational goals with business objectives.

Other Requirements

10 + yrs head exp in Engineering / Iron & steel /manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management & distribution.
Proficiency in data analysis, process optimization & supply chain.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
Gulf exp can be considered
