HTIC Global is hiring a Manager – Performance Management to oversee the end-to-end performance appraisal process, enhance the competency framework, and drive a culture of continuous feedback and improvement across the organization.

Coordinate with L & D teams to gather and provide additional support in terms with PIP/Recurrent training requests
Preferred candidate profile
Educational Qualifications & Experience Required:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of proven experience in performance management, talent management, or related HR function.
Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office, MS Project, Banner.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of performance management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decisions.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a track record of driving change and achieving results.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
