Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Budgeting:
    • Develop, manage, and analyse financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Ensure alignment of financial objectives with the company’s strategic goals.
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Business Growth Strategy:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable strategies.
    • Implement initiatives to enhance revenue streams and profitability.
  • Cross-Department Coordination:
    • Serve as a liaison between finance and various divisions to ensure alignment on business objectives and performance metrics.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams to drive collective success.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify inefficiencies in current business processes and workflows.
    • Work with relevant teams to analyse root causes and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Develop and maintain dashboards to track financial and operational performance metrics.
    • Analyse data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership.
