Responsibilities
Sales Leadership:
- Lead and drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
Team Management:
- Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff to enhance their performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.

Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met.
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management and cash handling.
- Ensure proper stocking of medicines and other retail products.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Compliance and Standards:
- Adhere to all pharmacy regulations and company policies.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare and present sales and operational reports to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Other Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in retail operations (preferably in the pharmacy sector).
- Education: Degree or diploma in Pharmacy, or a related field (preferred).
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and identify actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work evening shifts and manage both part-time and full-time employees.

- Experience: Pharmaceutical sales: 2 years (Required)
