Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating business leads through various channels 
  • Responsible for cross selling of third-party products
  • Achievement of business plan targets in terms of net revenue
  • Responsible for Compliance, KYC and documentation of products assigned
  • Productivity and performance management 
  • Customer acquisition
  • Customer experience and cross selling. 
  • Business promotion
  • Conducting detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends to track competitors’ activities for building a robust sales strategy
  • Responsible to build and nurture clientele for regular business flow. 
  • Ability to strategize specific business promotional activities to penetrate the market of the assigned branch.


Other Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree/ Master’s Degree will be preferred

2. 2+ years of experience in any of our Core products (Forex/Gold Loan/Travel & Holidays)

3. Good product knowledge, market knowledge and technical understanding of our business

4. Strong customer base

5. Well versed with MS Word and Excel
