Responsibilities
Recruitment Support:Assistin resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Employee Engagement: Help organize andparticipatein employee activities and engagement initiatives.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research on HR trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Project Assistance: Support HR projects including policy development, onboarding, and training programs.

Qualifications:
Education: Pursuing or completed a degree in Psychology (preferred) or MBA in HR.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Research-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
