Responsibilities
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and target potential clients, industries, and markets outside India, especially in North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with international clients through effective communication, networking, and sales strategies.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand international market trends, competition, and client needs.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Generate qualified leads, schedule meetings, and close deals for digital services, including website development, digital marketing, branding, and SEO.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation: Create proposals tailored to international clients, negotiate contracts, and manage deals through to closure.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team (designers, developers, SEO experts, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Reporting & Strategy Development: Monitor and report on international market performance, client feedback, and sales growth. Assist in developing market entry strategies.
Other Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in foreign business development or sales, ideally in the digital marketing, web development, or technology industry.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and manage relationships with clients globally.
- Strong understanding of international market trends and sales cycles.
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales forecasting, and achieving targets.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Travel: Willingness to travel as required.
