Responsibilities

• Drive new business and convert high-value opportunities across domestic and international markets through strategic outreach (outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach) and leveraging existing industry networks along with consultative selling, and solution mapping
• Mentor and guide BDEs while owning your own high-impact sales pipeline—striking the balance between individual contribution and team enablement.
• Manage and grow key client relationships with CXOs & IT Directors
• Collaborate closely with delivery, tech, and talent teams to build scalable, tailored solutions.

Other Requirements

• 7–15 years of total experience with at least 3-5 years in IT services sales (web, mobile, software development, and staff augmentation).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, outsourcing models, and delivery dynamics.
• Global exposure with experience selling into North America & Europe,
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on, revenue-focused approach.
