Responsibilities
- Conduct tele sales to promote and sell third-party products such as SIPs, Mutual Funds, and other investment solutions to both new and existing clients.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and answer queries regarding investment products, market performance, and returns.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by offering timely, accurate, and effective solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets related to third-party products.
Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 1 to 2 years of experience in banking or BFSI
- Strong telesales skills with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
