The ideal candidate will spend 70% of their time on customer support activities and 30% on sales and sales support.

Responsibilities

Customer Support (70%):

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial objectives are met, providing ongoing support and assistance.
  • Customer Assistance: Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support Services: Provide clients with detailed information about financial products, policies, and procedures, offering guidance tailored to their needs.
  • Feedback Management: Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery and address any areas of concern.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues efficiently, escalating to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Proactive Engagement: Conduct follow-up communications with clients to ensure their needs are met and to offer additional support.

Sales and Sales Support (30%):
  • New Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients to expand the customer base, utilizing various outreach methods.
  • Cross-Selling: Promote and sell a range of financial products to existing and new clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial assessments and analysis to understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable products.
  • Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies, maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct.

Other Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, BPO, or banking.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented and target-driven.
