Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3-5 members responsible for Financial Reporting, Audits, Monthly MIS, ROC compliance etc.
• Lead operations, calculations, revenue & NPA reporting for Lending & Insurance business.
• Formulate, establish, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and systems to
  ensure accurate reporting for Lending and Insurance business.
• Ensure timely closure of books every month.
• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and reporting.
• Ensure adequacy of NPA provisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOP for FLDG payouts, Lender recons and Lender receivables.
• Ensure that financial ratios are monitored regularly and are in line with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS/IGAAP for all group entities.
• Close quarterly/annual Financial Statement within timelines and ensure compliance with relevant statute.
• Front end all audits and ensure timely closure.
• Systems & Processes would be an integral part of the role; ability to set up/automate systems and establish robust and scalable processes with the appropriate risk mitigation.
• Support the organisation in creation of risk management framework.
• Lead commercial negotiations with lenders and review agreements from commercial standpoint.
• Review effectiveness of controls in relation to IFC compliances (IC role).
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with ROC requirements (IC role).
• Mentor team members and guiding them in meeting team’s objective.

Other Requirements

• CA with 4-8 years of experience.
• Experience of leading team of 3-5 members.
• Experience in a NBFC controllership team or experience of auditing a NBFC/Bank client.
• Practical exposure to Lending Business.
• Good understanding of NBFC compliances.
• Ability to understand complex calculations.
• Practical knowledge of Ind AS and IGAAP.
• Experience of setting up IFC framework.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
