Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Develop and oversee financial models and forecasts.
    • Analyze financial performance and prepare reports to support business decisions.
    • Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
    • Lead the annual budgeting process, including developing budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Monitor and report on budget adherence and financial performance.
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
    • Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Cash Flow Management:
    • Monitor and manage cash flow, including forecasting cash needs and optimizing cash reserves.
    • Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Internal Controls & Compliance:
    • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
    • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Team Management:
    • Supervise and mentor finance team members.
    • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Strategic Initiatives:
    • Support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
    • Participate in financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, or other business initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial partners.
    • Present financial information to senior management and other stakeholders.


    Other Requirements

    • As a Finance Manager, the ideal candidate should possess strong skills in Budgeting & Forecasting to develop and monitor financial plans, Team Management to lead and motivate the finance team, Financial Reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial information, Financial Planning and Analysis to support strategic decision-making, and Stakeholder Management to effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations. 
    • The successful candidate should have a proven track record of managing financial processes efficiently, providing valuable insights for business growth, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial success for the organization.
