• Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as online research, social media, and referrals.
• Make outbound calls to potential individual and corporate clients to promote our medical insurance products.
• Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry updates to provide accurate information to clients.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure clients have received the information they need and address any further questions or concerns.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collect and report client feedback to help improve our products and services.
• Any Degree
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Strong skills and the ability to convince clients
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of the UAE health insurance market and regulatory framework is preferred
