Responsibilities

• The Sr Executive - Accounts Receivables will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts receivables process, including accurate and timely invoicing, effective collection strategies, and clear communication with clients regarding outstanding payments. 
• This role requires strong analytical skills to assess financial data, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to generate accurate financial reports. 
• Compliance with company policies and regulations is crucial, as well as effective time management to meet deadlines. 
• Problem-solving skills are essential for resolving any issues that may arise, and adaptability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements

* A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable
* Should have end-to-end experience in the AR processes, from invoicing and payment
processing to collections and dispute resolution.
* The candidate should have a successful history of leading and guiding teams in an AR environment.
* The candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, revenue recognition, and financial reporting to ensure accurate and compliant AR management.
* Excellent communication skills
* A proactive and analytical mindset to identify process gaps, implement improvements, and resolve challenges effectively.

* Ability to follow up on outstanding invoices and handle collection efforts professionally while maintaining positive relationships with customers.
* Skill in analyzing accounts receivable aging reports to monitor overdue accounts and take appropriate actions to resolve outstanding balances.
