Responsibilities
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a qualified and diverse pool of applicants.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts or issues, promoting a positive and harmonious work environment.
- Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and fair treatment of all employees.
Performance Management:

Assist in the design and implementation of performance management programs.
- Collaborate with managers to conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Other Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software applications will be a plus.
