Responsibilities

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a qualified and diverse pool of applicants.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Mediate and resolve employee conflicts or issues, promoting a positive and harmonious work environment.
  • Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and fair treatment of all employees.

Performance Management:
  •   Assist in the design and implementation of performance management programs.
  • Collaborate with managers to conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.

Training and Development:  

  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Organize workshops and seminars to promote professional development and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements to the existing compensation packages.

  • Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable remuneration.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee information and attendance data.
    • Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes and HR strategy development.

    Compliance and Legal:

    • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization's HR practices are in full compliance.
    • Assist in the preparation and submission of required government reports.

    Other Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
    • Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software applications will be a plus.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
