Responsibilities

  • Sales Managers play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue by overseeing and coordinating sales teams to meet and exceed targets. 
  • Responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, managing B2B and B2C sales processes, generating leads, and nurturing customer relationships. 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners. 
  • Sales Managers must also demonstrate strong organizational skills to oversee sales operations, possess knowledge of international business trends, particularly in the aviation industry, and maintain a customer-focused approach to ensure client satisfaction. 
  • Overall, Sales Managers play a pivotal role in driving sales success and achieving business objectives.

Other Requirements

• Minimum 3+years of relevant experience
• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
• Experience in both B2B and B2C sales
• Ability to proactively generate leads and sales opportunities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience in International business
• Experience in Aviation industry would be an added advantage
