Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
  • Willingness to work from our Offices at Different Locations.
  • Introduce products or services, explain their features, and highlight their benefits to customers.
  • Follow scripts provided by the company and adapt them as needed to engage with customers effectively.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads by understanding customer needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer databases.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for call volume, conversion rates, and sales.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers and close sales.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate records and follow-up on leads.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
