Responsibilities

* Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos (60–90 seconds) for platforms like Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
* Add appropriate transitions, effects, subtitles, music, and sound effects to enhance viewer engagement.
* Understand and apply trends, viral formats, and platform-specific best practices.
* Collaborate with the content/marketing team to understand project requirements and timelines.
* Deliver final videos in multiple formats/resolutions when required.
* Revise videos in a timely manner based on feedback.

Other Requirements

* Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of Reels or short-form content.
* Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
* Strong understanding of social media trends and editing techniques that drive engagement.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
* Good communication and time management skills.
* A keen eye for detail, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.

Compensation:
