Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as customer acquisition, lead generation,
engagement, and revenue growth.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure innovative strategies.
Campaign Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns across channels including SEO/SEM, social media, email, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, development) to ensure campaigns align with overall brand messaging and goals.
SEO and Content Marketing:
- Lead the SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Oversee content marketing efforts such as blogs, video content, e-books, and infographics to drive engagement and build brand authority.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize performance and ROI (Return on Investment).
Paid Advertising (PPC):
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Maximize the effectiveness of paid campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid management.
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to build and engage audiences on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Monitor and respond to social media activity, ensuring consistency in tone and message.
Email Marketing and Automation:
- Manage the company’s email marketing strategy, including audience segmentation, email copy creation, automation workflows, and performance analysis.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance on best practices and skill development.
- Collaborate with other departments such as product, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
Vendor and Partner Management:
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners for specific digital marketing initiatives (e.g., content creation, PPC, SEO).
Other Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other key digital marketing platforms.
- Experience in marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with budget management and optimization of marketing spend.

- Experience in a fast-paced or tech-focused environment.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot is a plus.
