Responsibilities
HR Management
- Manage office operations, including license renewals and asset management.
- Recruit and onboard talented individuals to support company expansion plans.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operations and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with the General Manager on achieving sales targets and HR goals.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Sales and Expansion Management- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for regional, pan-India, and global expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with government officials and corporate clients.
- Represent the company in branding activities, including networking events and presentations.
- Collaborate on company branding strategies to enhance visibility and market reach.
- Attend presentations, meetings, and events to showcase company services and capabilities.
Strategic Planning- Assist in planning and executing strategies for expanding operations across India and globally.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities in new regions and industries.
- Ensure cost management and budget adherence in alignment with expansion goals.
Operational Excellence- Maintain proficiency in presentations and meeting coordination to support strategic goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline operations.
- Align sales targets with company growth objectives and ensure consistent communication with the General Manager.

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver results under tight deadlines.
