Responsibilities

• As a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will be significantly involved in the implementation and customization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for our international major clients.
• For this position, we are looking for someone with strong full-stack development skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to design and implement technical solutions. Strong knowledge and at least 3 years of hands-on experience with SSJS or Vue/React (front end framework) is mandatory. Candidates having strong Vue/React experience and willingness to learn/work in Salesforce Marketing Cloud also can be considered.
• You will develop and optimize marketing automation processes and create custom solutions.
• Additionally, you will use your in-depth knowledge of relational data models and your SQL skills for data modeling and segmentation.
• You will support and mentor junior developers within the project context and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet project requirements.
• In your role, you will use both server-side technologies such as SSJS, Ampscript, and SQL, as well as client-side tools like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, and ideally have experience with frontend frameworks like Vue or React.
• We don't just implement standard solutions but also create complex, custom solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This position offers exciting opportunities to tackle high-level development challenges on a low-code platform.

Other Requirements

Over 6+ years of experience in developing and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions and hold a solid background in computer science or a related field. Additionally, qualifications as below:

• Certification: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Developer certifications or accreditation in Marketing Cloud Personalization is advantageous.
• Full-Stack Development Experience: Excellent knowledge in SSJS, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JS (ideally Vue or React). Structured development of complex web projects in collaboration with multiple developers.
• Understanding of Relational Data Models: Deep understanding and experience in data modeling and SQL.
• CloudPages: Experience with web development, especially in the context of the SFMC Web Studio.
• Interfaces and Integrations: Proficient handling of interfaces and integrations, particularly in the context of Core Cloud, but also other third-party systems.
• Cross Cloud/Core Cloud: Basic understanding is advantageous.
• Independent Implementation: Ability to independently implement technically complex requirements and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Initial Experience as an Architect: Initial experience as an architect and a desire to further develop in this direction.
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical matters and collaborate in interdisciplinary teams.
