Responsibilities

  • As a Level 2 Insurance - Back Office - Claims Support, the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties that require exceptional communication and attention to detail. 
  • This includes processing insurance claims, conducting audits, and ensuring accurate and timely data entry. 
  • Problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities are essential in this role to effectively assess and resolve issues that may arise. 
  • A high level of organizational skills is required to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work effectively. 
  • Strong typing skills are also necessary to input data accurately and efficiently.
  •  The candidate must fulfill these responsibilities diligently to support the smooth operation of the claims processing department.

Other Requirements

Education: Graduates/Postgraduates ( Technical backgrounds such as B.Tech are not eligible)

1. Experience in Insurance policy/claims processes
2. Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
3. Ability to conduct audits & train associates
4. Typing speed of 35+ WPM
5. Available for rotational night shifts
